By choosing a building with an interior for completion, you will receive a ready-made office building, the interior of which you can finish yourself, according to your wishes.

Construction progress

The first is your decision to choose a project from the catalog of ready-made solutions or develop a customized project for your new administrative premises. The preparatory phase includes checking the availability of your land, preparing a price offer and approving the project, which includes a floor plan drawing and visualization of the building itself. This is followed by the signing of the contract and the payment of a deposit of 50%.This is the point where the actual production of your building begins. During this phase, you can come visit us and see the progress of the work. After the completion of the assembly work, the construction is handed over, the remaining 50% of the amount is paid and the protocol is signed. We will prepare the building for shipment, transport, install and assemble the individual modules directly on site, on your property. Finally, formalities such as the signing of the handover protocol, manuals and warranty conditions are required. The connection to the IS is ensured by the customer at his own expense. Well, you can move in.

Low-energy
or passive building variant

We offer two types of building standards, namely low-energy or passive. What is the difference?

Low energy

66% lower energy consumption than a normal house.
There is still the possibility of classic heating.
The amount of energy for heating is max. 50 kWh/m2.
The return on investment is only around 8 to 12 years.
The perimeter walls, roof and insulation are thicker.

Passive variant

90% lower energy consumption than a normal house.
The house has a heat transfer coefficient of up to 0.15 kWh/m2.
The house is sealed, it does not need active heating.
Heat is obtained by efficient use of the sun's radiation.
It is cooled by a heat pump or recuperation.
