After the initial consultation to prepare the project, you can decide to choose a house from the catalog of ready-made solutions or have a custom-made house project developed. This is followed by a check of availability on your land, a quote and approval of the project. After the development of the project, which includes a floor plan drawing and visualization of the building, the contract is signed and a deposit of 50% is paid. This is the point where the actual production of your modular home begins, you can come visit us and watch the assembly. After the assembly work is completed, the house is handed over, the remaining 50% of the amount is paid and the protocol is signed. We will order transport and a crane to install the house on your property and ship it to your place. Finally, necessary formalities such as the signing of the handover protocol, manuals and warranty conditions are required. The connection to the IS is ensured by the customer at his own expense. In the end, we will install your new modular house on ground screws, which allow installation throughout the year. Waterproofing, including pressurized groundwater, is not necessary, as the modular structure is above ground and therefore out of reach of moisture. There are no thermal bridges at concrete foundations, only the thermal bridge is solved when connecting technical infrastructure such as water, electricity and sewerage. Assembly is much faster and can be immediately loaded. In addition, the price is much more advantageous than with a concrete base.
